I am the skills trainer at Rice Lake Project SEARCH. My role is to be sure that every individual intern gets the specific type of support needed to be successful. I love watching each young adult transform from a high school student to a skilled adult in the workplace. I have 16 years experience working with people with special abilities in a school setting, and have been employed by Rice Lake Project SEARCH as a skills trainer since 2016.
